When the Center opened in the 1990s, neighbors welcomed it, and they still do today. When the Center holds its outdoor events sometimes twice a month, 114 Street is closed and trash is left for neighbors to pick up.
Could the Center give residents advance notice of its street closing dates and time, and set up trash bins to collect trash strewn on street? Also, could parking and traffic be organized allowing Uber and emergency vehicles to pass?
