Owner does not want to talk politics nor religion; neither does she like politicians and indoctrinators. What can you do? You can’t do anything!
Her house has several issues: (1) For the past three years, power in her house turned on/off on windy days. Con Edison came several times when power went out, but problem repeats the next windy day. (2) Tree roots lifted sidewalk again, even parts of the sidewalk was redone. (3) Rain water puddled easily (See wet debris). During cold winter days, icy water freezes in car tires. (4) Sinkhole at 103 Avenue and 118 Street is patched frequently; but no one is looking to fix the root of the problem.
