Even EDC admits subsidy is high. Can you report the ridership on a monthly/program basis? All money losing or ineffective programs should be cut!
NYC Ferry has been up since June 2011. One decade later, NYCEDC “will continue to work to drive down the subsidy”? There is no will, just rhetoric.
