“Transportation desert”? “Transportation deprived?” The residents prefer it that way!
Eversince E-Bike and Moped were legalized by Albany and City Council in 2020, sidewalks are no longer safe. Since no licensing is required, owners could not be identified.
Typical City regulations: Cyclists have rights. How about their victims? Are citizens allow to carry speed gun and to use it to enforce e-scooter/moped speed laws?
