The 100′ x 80′ lot on Burns Street was divided in half in 2015 due to mortgage default. The side owned by the original owner is maintained as best as she could, but the other side is dilapidated. Since the divided property is still technically one lot, owner continues to pay 100% of the real estate tax, utilities and water and sewer bills all these years.
