Really? My tax dollars are paying for this!!! Will the City track (using video camera preferably) those who use this stuff? Will it help reduce stigma and barriers to service? A few vending machines will cut overdose deaths!?
Shouldn’t the City try to discourage and stop users from abusing themselves? Not helping them to continue?
